Shipping
Our shipping rates are determined in real time using your ship-to address in relation to our facility where the product is stored. These rates are determined by third party carriers and are subject to change.
We ship domestically with UPS. We ship with the United States Postal service for all orders overseas or international. We do not cover duties and other taxes associated with international shipping. As stated in UPS's shipping policy, all items that arrive damaged must be claimed immediately. We do not retain responsibility for products condition once handed to FedEx. Any products reported damaged over 3 days from the arrival date will not be covered by UPS insurance, and will therefor not be replaceable. Please contact us if your package arrived damaged within 48 hours of receiving the order. You can also initiate a claim independently with the carrier, however we will still need to be notified. If you feel your order has been lost, please contact us with your order details. Please be sure to check your tracking number at the carriers website before contacting us to avoid confusion. If the tracking number is not recognized in the carriers system, this does not imply the order has been lost. This might simply indicate that the order has not left our warehouse. |
