- All orders will ship within 3 business days. In most cases we will ship orders within 2 business days but we cannot guarantee express services. Tracking information will be emailed to you, the evening after the order has shipped. By default, items are shipped with no signature required and will be left at the delivery location if nobody is available to accept it. As such there is no insurance included and CobbQ.com is not responsible for items lost during shipping. We will work with the shipper to facilitate any claims. If you require insurance and/or a signature on your order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 800-593-8244. There may be an additional cost for this service.
- Not all our products ship from the same facility. In some cases, orders will arrive in stages, with some items arriving on different days from others. This is normal.
- As stated in UPS and Fedex's shipping policies, all items that arrive damaged must be claimed immediately. We cannot be held responsibility for a products condition once handed to any third party carrier. Any products reported damaged over 3 days from the arrival date will not be covered by shipping insurance, and will therefor not be replaceable. Please check your delivery carefully.
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, if your package arrived damaged. You can also initiate a claim independently with the carrier, however we will still need to be notified.
If you feel your order has been lost, please contact us with your order details. Please be sure to check your tracking number at the carriers website before contacting us to avoid confusion.
- International Orders : CobbQ.com will ship internationally. The cheapest method is usually USPS, however there is very little tracking information provided. CobbQ.com is not responcible for any lost items during shipping and the final cost does not include any import duties or taxes. CobbQ will support warranties on international orders however this excludes all shipping charges. You will be billed for all shipping on warranty, DOA or damaged items. Some international orders will be held for up to 10 days for our back to verify the charge. This is only when required bu the bank and to avoid any credit card fraud.

- Cobb braded products carry a 2 year warranty and a 30 day money back guarentee. All other products carry different return policies and warranties. Please see the product description for more info. Most product warranties issued will need to be dealt with the manufacturer directly. We will assist with these issues if required.
- The 30 day money back guarentee is only on unused products returned in it's original packaging and excludes all shipping charges. For any other returns, please contact us.
All returns must include an RMA number before mailing them back to us. Please contact us at 954-427-5202 for an RMA number prior to returning your item.
